Bank letter to me

This is the Co-operative Bank's response to my disclosure demand. All four pages are shown. My postal address and personal email are redacted on page 1; the rest of the header and the letter’s wording remain visible.

The letter says my mortgage moved to MAS5 later in 2006 and terms were agreed at the time of transfer. Compare that with the Bank's 2024 email to the Ombudsman.
